Heading into Memorial Day weekend and the official kickoff to summer with a FULL HOUSE here at Lofts at the Grim! 🎉
100% occupied and incredibly thankful for every resident who has chosen to call our historic downtown community home. Apartment living is always evolving — residents come, residents go, and every chapter brings new opportunities and new faces. We wish all upcoming move-outs the absolute best, and we’re excited to welcome the next group of residents into our community.
This level of occupancy does not happen by accident, and while it may not always stay this way, we work hard every day to create a place people are proud to live in. We truly love this for us. 🖤
We are currently building our waiting list and anticipate upcoming one-bedroom availability beginning toward the end of June. If you’ve been considering downtown living, now is a great time to reach out and get your name on the list!

Proud moment for Lofts at the Grim. 🎉
We officially made the NPS Leadership Board for communities with 51–120 units, AND...moving quickly from #11 to #8 with an NPS score of 33.33%.
For those outside the industry, NPS reflects resident satisfaction and overall community experience — something that takes consistency, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and a LOT of hard work behind the scenes every single day.
This property has faced its challenges, but seeing positive progress and resident feedback makes all the long days worth it. Proud of how far we’ve come and excited to keep pushing forward. 💙

Although our community may seem small, we’re proud to be part of a large management company that continues to grow and support successful properties like ours. Our community was a significant project and continues to thrive.
We had a great time attending our recent conference focused on accountability, growth, and best practices. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with other managers and bring back new ideas. We’re excited to return and continue serving our residents and community!
