Winfield Estates has several 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments coming up for rent, they are a spacious 784sq ft Garden Walk up units! Each unit comes with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer connection, vinyl flooring and a nice grey paint to make you feel more at home.
The property is maintained weekly by an Amazing Maintenance Staff and a Wonderful lawn care company, we have activities in the clubhouse almost daily, where you can meet new friends and make new memories!
