For my real estate agent and investor friends.
I am looking for a site to do another multifamily project. I’m pretty open to opportunities but typically I would like a 10-15 acre site. It must have the proper zoning and have utilities to the site. Texas or Arkansas side.
I would also look at land in the smaller surrounding towns like Redwater, Hooks, New Boston, ect but I would do a smaller site closer to 4-5 acres.
