Somanath works as “Rockstar – Vendor Management” at Fugo Services. He has paved his way from an entry-level position to his current position and also enhanced the working ecosystem in the process. With vast domain knowledge and great communication and negotiation skills, Somanath has built a great rapport with the clients. Somanath has been the key to building a strong vendor team at Fugo Services. His capability to come up with effective and efficient solutions earned him the title of Top Vendor relationship Manager.

Somanath has great time management skills, and he never shies away from a challenge. It is this quality of his that catered to Somanath successfully building a Vendor Management system at FUGO despite having no prior experience in the same. He created the vendor management database and included approximately 800 vendor partners across all the states. In addition to vendor management, Somanath also has the Taxation team under his wings.

Somanath is a team player and is often appreciated by his colleagues for his decision-making, planning, and self-management capabilities. These qualities have helped Somanath work hand in hand with his teammates at FUGO. He is a humble individual who prioritizes his team before himself. The very reason why his team willingly extends time and works extended hours when there’s a deadline to meet. He leads by example, and this keeps the team motivated.

Somanath is a quick learner and is constantly in the pursuit of upgrading himself. He can stabilize the new processes efficiently and handle high-pressure projects without even batting an eyelid. From start to end Somanath works effectively and plans the entire delivery to meet even the strictest deadlines. Somanath manages to keep the team together and works towards meeting the requirements in the most admirable manner.

When he is not working, Somanath enjoys traveling and cooking.
