Dixie Sholmire (REALTOR) Dixie's Bio Dixie is a life-long resident of Galveston county area and has been a Realtor since March 2004.

Her mission is to insure a smooth, understandable and positive real estate experience. She strives to provide a level of service that you could never get elsewhere. Dixie wants you to be so thrilled, happy, and satisfied with the process that you will anxiously refer her to your friends, relatives, co-workers and neighbors. Her goal is to spend 100% of her time focusing on your goals, explaining your options, and making sure your priorities are recognized and met. Dixie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Bay Area Board of Realtors. All these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest trends, laws, legislation, and marketing techniques affecting real estate. She is serves on the executive committee of the Parent/Teacher Organization at her childrens' school and has served several elected positions including president. Being the parent of a diabetic child, Dixie is also an advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. When not helping clients with Real Estate or spending time with family, Dixie enjoys volunteering at the school, photography, gardening and shopping.

Some homes are more than just four walls and a roof. ❤️ They hold a lifetime of memories.

Selling this home was especially meaningful to me because the people who trusted me with it are not just clients—they’re childhood friends. This was their family home, filled with years of laughter, milestones, holidays, traditions, and memories that can never truly be replaced.

There’s something incredibly emotional about helping someone close a chapter that holds so much of their family’s history. I know this journey wasn’t easy, and I’m so honored that they trusted me to walk beside them through it.
