Mortgage rates have recently dropped to around the **6% range**, helping many buyers regain purchasing power and jump back into the market.

🏡 Strong demand for single and multi-family homes
📉 Slightly improved interest rate
Recent homes in the area have been selling approximately:
• Single family homes: $600K – $760K
• 2–3 family homes: $775K – $940K
