Yesterday, our President Joe Simone spoke on The Business Council of Westchester’s annual State of the Economy: Decisions That Define Us panel in White Plains.

Bringing together business leaders across healthcare, manufacturing, banking, law, and workforce development, the panel featured a wide-ranging discussion on how policy is shaping Westchester’s future. Representing commercial real estate on stage, Joe shared Simone Development’s strategic perspective on driving long-term economic stability:

Once abandoned and deteriorating, this historic The City of Yonkers property was thoughtfully restored by our team at Simone Development into a vibrant 85,000-square-foot mixed-use center.
