We were happy to attend and sponsor this year’s The Westchester County Association Real Estate Conference, where industry leaders came together to address the complexities of critical infrastructure and outline the blueprint for overcoming development challenges across Westchester.

At last week's Bisnow Westchester State of the Market Conference, our very own Megan Guy, Senior Vice President of Development, participated in a panel discussion titled “Long-Term Community Impact: Economic Growth & Investment." Moderated by James Moran, Vice President, H2M Architects + Engineers, panelists also included Dr. Richard Ross, Director of Development, HANAC, Adam Salgado, Development Commissioner, City of New Rochelle, NY, and Joan Mcdonald, Deputy County Executive, Westchester County Government.

The conversation highlighted how public-private alignment, transit access, and downtown revitalization are helping build a more connected and thriving Westchester. Second graders from Bronx PS 152X visited The Gallery of ARTFul Medicine at Simone Development Companies' Hutchinson Metro Center to view the artwork of fellow New York City students as part of the Studio in a School program. This current exhibition is called Young Perspectives: Art by Students from the Five Boroughs. It is presented by The Fine Art Program and Collection at Montefiore Health System in partnership with Studio in a School.

"Celebrating the Bronx," a unique portion of the exhibit, features a mural created by Bronx students that now permanently hangs in Montefiore's Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Audiology. After viewing the exhibit, visiting students participated in a sketching exercise led by Studio in a School Art teacher Toto Feldman. 🎨

The evening celebrated an inspiring group of honorees, including the late Marion Archer, Stephanie Mills, Brother Arthur Muhammad, Joe Solimine Sr., and the outstanding 2026–2027 Youths of the Year.

While we were moved by many incredible stories of the Club's impact, a performance by The Revelators dance troupe, founded by the late Marion Archer, was an unforgettable tribute.
