This blanket lien - happened by accident. Client reached out to Luis Omar Figueroa for a payoff on one of their investment home loans. She had funded an investment property with but was serviced by another loan officer that is no longer with the company. We were quick to respond and gave them what they requested. We simply said to them- if we can be of service please let us know. Client was working with a Broker In Philadelphia. They started emailing questions as their new loan officer at the other bank was unresponsive.

Luis Omar Figueroa analyzed the deal and gave them his opinion. The broker was not being honest on the rate and was being unrealistic on the ex*****on. When it came closing day- their numbers were way off!

They asked Luis Omar Figueroa if he could give them a fair deal. He did it in 30 days- 5 homes 1 loan. Satisfied clients!!!

Property purchased with DSCR loan. Purchase price was 525,000 appraisal was 610,000 - client knew they needed to close asap. They contacted their loan officer who has a relationship with - went over details. Closed in 14 days. That’s as simple as it gets. Title work by - Louis Russo - solid work- thanks for clearing exceptions. Closed it making it another strong quarter.
