Has our New Bedford on-site rep been around? Even to pick up her paycheck? Our du***ss Board sends around a memo blaming shareholders for rats and not participating in dusting apartments with poison yet they allow a broken compost bin inviting pests to crawl inside to enjoy dinner. I saw our Board (Bored) President inspect the broken handle weeks ago. Still not fixed. Here are two sets of photos and videos (posted in comments) one week apart. No change. Fools!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! It's been 17 months since our elevator floor suffered damage by a visiting vendor hired for 4 MILLION DOLLARS to replace our roof and fix our facade. The project went way over budget, still looks awful and New Bedford Management never followed up to get the damage fixed. The Certificate of Insurance has now run out and no one got proof from our expensive, poorly installed surveillance cameras. PENTA Restoration agreed to pay for the damage and still, 17 months later, no fix. No movement. Way to go New Bedford! THIS is an example! Old, used, cut up rubber gym mats create our elevator floor and management and board say "good enough"! That's the South Bronx spirit!!!

There’s no words to describe the feeling of coming home to a New Bedford renaissance revival 1926 historic landmark building only to be met with graffiti ! Weekly rounds paid by shareholders. Board officers. Paid security. Paid cctv surveillance cameras. And still, that special allure and character of freshly painted graffiti.
