I dont think it covered it in this video but when a seller does not disclose they are not a citizen it is the buyer and/or real estate brokers involved that are held liable for unpaid taxes on the sale!

Though some insurance companies do give you the option to add certain appliances, a home warranty offers much more comprehensive coverage for home systems and appliances. What a peace of mind as a seller to not have to worry as much about things going wrong while you are trying to sell your house. Please get a hold of me if you have any questions about what is covered or what your options are. Also, the insurance broker in me would like to point out that your Homeowners Insurance will NOT cover a Zombie Apocalypse :) and in most cases (around here) Earthquake coverage is purchased on a completely separate policy (with some exceptions of course). Always check with your agent, please never assume that all natural disasters are covered by your standard homeowners policy.
