Hoy en día, las cámaras inteligentes son cada vez más comunes en los hogares. Y aunque pueden ser excelentes para la seguridad, también pueden convertirse en parte de una negociación inmobiliaria… especialmente cuando tienen audio.

👀 Si estás comprando:
Asume que podrías estar siendo grabado. Evita hablar dentro de la propiedad sobre cuánto pagarías, qué tanto te gusta la casa o cuál será tu estrategia de negociación. Es mejor conversar esos temas en privado con tu agente.

🏡 Si estás vendiendo:
