This one was extra special because Mom & Dad are officially making the move to Oklahoma to be closer to their grandkids 👶💛 — and I have a feeling some built-in babysitting and family dinners are definitely in their future! 😄
To make the transition easier from out of state, they chose to do a POA so Daniel could sign on their behalf at closing. Let me just say… signing for TWO people is no joke 😂✍️ My wrist hurts just watching it happen!

Celebrating Darcie & Mike today feels extra special because this journey has truly been over 20 years in the making. We were once neighbors, and our kids grew up together — those are the kinds of connections that last a lifetime. 💛 CLOSED & A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS 💛

This one was more than just a transaction… it was a journey.

For my sweet client, this home held so many memories. After the passing of her husband, letting go was not easy. There were moments of stress, overwhelm, and times she felt like giving up—but she didn’t. She stayed strong through it all.

And today… we closed that chapter.
