A lot of us that were around for the 2007-2008 real estate disaster suffered the ultimate education it what not to do.
Fortunately, it also taught us a lot about how to not only survive but how to thrive during one of the worst times in real estate history. Knowing what we know now, we could have actually profited during that terrible time!

🔥The answer is a resounding YES, if you have the right strategies!
So why are we willing to share our knowledge? Why not be selfish and keep it to ourselves?
I know that is always my question when someone approaches me to get in on their “deal”.
I love real estate investing but I also want more time to enjoy life.
When several people are working together to accomplish a common goal, their time and money multiplies exponentially!
As a result, we all have more time and money to enjoy life.
More money always means bigger and better real estate deals!
It’s that simple.

2) You are interested in being a passive investor: You have the money and/or credit to invest but you do not want to invest a lot of time.

Once that Introductory class is completed, it will be your responsibility to take the next step to contact us with your interest level.
We do not use any “hard-sell” tactics to attract potential investors.
You will only receive follow-up information if you request it.
