Big news for our area — a new AdventHealth hospital and the 700-acre Legacy Place development are officially coming to the southern gateway of The Villages. It’s set to bring new restaurants, shops, walkable spaces, and major medical services all in one connected destination.

If you know Lake Nona, I imagine that kind of growth and vibe— just on a smaller scale. Projects like this usually bring more demand to the area and tend to have a positive impact on home values over time.
