🏡 The Villages Market Is Showing More Movement

Pending sales climbed from 47 to 55 this week - a welcome increase as we move into fall. Closed sales eased only slightly, from 38 to 35.

With 54 new listings arriving and 35 homes selling, buyers continue to gain choices, although total inventory rose by only four homes. The market is active, but buyers remain selective about price, condition and location.
