Had a family reach out that wanted to buy a home, but didn’t quite have the down payment. Nolan Kitkoski was able to get them qualified for the down payment assistance program and the seller paid all their closing costs and they were able to move in with just $4000 out of pocket. Home was $359,900 and payment is around $3200 a month. The home also had a lot of nice updates like foundation repair, newer hvac system, roof and double pain windows. They were ecstatic because they felt like it kept getting harder to obtain, but we were able to make it happen for them. If you want to buy a home, but need some options.
