💦 Keep your Stanley mug nearby: Drink more water than you think you need to stay hydrated in this heat!

🧴 Lather Up: Use sunscreen with AT LEAST SPF 30 before going outside to protect your skin!

🛋️ Take a nap: Even a 20 minute power nap can help you reset and rejuvenate for the rest of your day.

🌳 Take a walk: Spend time outside in nature, with your favorite podcast in your airpods or leave them at home and just enjoy the sounds of nature! A walk in the park, a hike in the mountains, or anything in between can boost your mood and reduce stress.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Practice mindfulness: Meditation, yoga, prayer, journaling, or a combination of them all can improve mental clarity and reduce stress.

Just a friendly reminder that the one number you can control during inflation is your fixed rate mortgage 😉

You can choose to either keep it if you're happy with it, or you can choose to refinance when you can get a number you're happy with!

So enjoy the sun (don't forget sunscreen!) and enjoy your tan lines! But save this post so when they start to fade, you can be reminded you have some control of your monthly payment ☀️

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see future homebuyers make. They wait to find an agent until they find a house!

The whole point of going to a professional is to benefit from their expertise from beginning to end. They have a plan to get you to where you want to go, and they have the experience to get you there successfully.

It's not uncommon for me to talk with a client for a year or two (or sometimes more!) until they're ready to make a move. But all that time, I'm walking them through the process and educating them along the way so that when it's finally "go-time," they're totally prepared and ready for homeownership!

The term "seller's market" has slowly began fading from clickbait headlines and the reason is clear: we aren't in Seller's Market territory any more.

This doesn't mean there aren't familiar characteristics in today's market and a traditional seller's market (swipe to see the similarities and differences!) But it does mean the market once again is shifting a little closer to a buyer's market...making this ANYBODY'S MARKET.

So does that mean now is a good time for you to buy? Let me be clear: the only time it's a bad time to buy is if you overspend.

So if the interest rates fall back to 2% and you can purchase a home below asking price, it's a bad time to buy if you can't afford it.

And if rates rise to 8% and you purchase at home above asking, it's a bad time to buy if you can't afford it.
