Real estate works best for everyone when a fair transaction takes place, buyers want a home and sellers want to sell and move. 🏡Market update for the Montgomery County real estate market

Average home sales prices have continued to see an overall increase in the past 12 months while average days on market have drastically increased nearly doubling the amount of days it will take to successfully sell your home. What does this mean?

1. In winter months, homes can take twice the amount of time to sell on average than in summer months(and typically for less money)
2.interest rates have driven the market into a forced slow down, causing demand to decrees slightly.

These are the two main indicators of what is currently changing our market from a sellers market into a "normal" market. Stay informed and always feel free to give me a call if you are interested in buying or selling!
