This one was so much fun! I got to help the sweetest school teacher who is moving here from Colorado. With the help of her 3 sisters we found her the perfect home just minutes from the school she will be teaching at! The best part? The seller is a teacher at that same school! The seller found out my buyer was going to be working with her, and when the appraisal came in LOW ($33,000 lower than list price) she dropped the sales price to match the appraisal to help her fellow teacher out! Now that is something you don’t see often, especially in this crazy market!
