New construction is NOT the same as buying a resale home. The rules are different. The contracts are different. The risks are different.
I specialize in helping buyers navigate new builds in Spring, Conroe, New Caney, and the greater Houston area and I’ve watched too many people walk into model homes completely unprotected.
The builder’s agent is professionally obligated to represent the builder’s best interest.
