Sales and marketing are in the Laub’s DNA. Before switching to a career in residential real estate sales, Bethany spent more than 25 years working in sales with major Fortune 500 companies that included Proctor and Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Clairol and Faberge. But in 1992, she began investing in real estate properties and the agents with whom she worked would repeatedly ask why she wasn’t a Realtor – each suggesting that she’d make an excellent one. Told so often that she eventually took their advice, she embraced her new career with great gusto, earning a multitude or professional designations, including: ABR® - Accredited Buyer Representative, ASP - Accredited Staging Professional, AHWD® - At Home With Diversity, CNE® - Certified Negotiation Expert, GRI® - Graduate, Realtor® Institute, SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialists, as well as ultimately receiving her Broker’s license. Bethany works as a team with her husband, Joe, specializing primarily in waterfront, golf course and horse properties in the Lake Conroe area, although the scope of their business continues to grow. Their mutual experience in corporate sales ingrained in them the importance of quality customer service and attention to detail. It follows then, that the thing that has been a hallmark of their success is their approachability. Once prospective clients meet them, they are made to feel very comfortable and well cared for.
