Sometimes commercial property tours take extra time to schedule because several people need to attend : the tenant, the leasing agent, the co-broker, the architect, contractors, etc. but it’s all worth it when you’re able to transform a bank into something completely different! Have you thought about renovating a commercial space to accommodate your business? Landlords may offer T.I.
