Congratulations Rugby Texas Rangers on being selected to represent the USA (and Texas) in the Opening Ceremony for United World Games! Congratulations to Orin Hart, Carter Long, Adrian Marroquin, Brennan Thompson, Brody Hopkins, Claudio Vilchis (VC) , Kaden Nixon, Elliot Rouse (C), Gavin Miranda and Matthew Clem on their selection as the Rugby Texas U16 Rangers Team.
They will be Coached by Kip Rouse (Woodlands Youth Rugby Club & Cypress Warrior Rugby Club) and Joe Olivas (Spartans Youth Rugby Club).
The Rangers are traveling today and will represent Rugby Texas at SAS Heidelberg Juniors (Germany) and United World Games (Austria).

Follow these tips to save money on a new home HVAC system
A new HVAC system is a major home investment for sure, but luckily, there are several ways smart homeowners can save money both on the initial purchase and in the months and years to come.

3. TAX CREDITS
Finally some good tax news! Trane offers many products that are eligible for residential energy credits. Some of our most popular systems are our most energy-efficient. The good news for you is that you can save on your monthly energy bill as well as apply for immediate tax credits on qualified products. Trane offers a wide variety of products that qualify and the tax credits are offered on the federal, state and local levels. The average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 2.77% as of January 21, according to Freddie Mac. The average was 3.62% in January 2020 and 4.46% in January 2019, 85 basis points and 169 basis points higher, respectively, than the current rate. A buyer who purchases a $300,000 home at the average rate today would save just over $100,000 during the mortgage term compared to purchasing the same home two years ago—and the monthly payment would be almost $200 less.
