My husband and two children moved to The Woodlands & Spring area in 1997 and I went to work selling acreage homesites for a local developer. After enjoying 6 years driving around in a muddy 4-wheel drive, I turned in my mud boots and began the transition into residential real estate! Land sales is my first love and is
still a major part of my business. However in 2004, I set out to broaden my horizons in residential home sales. It was not long until I discovered that helping people make that "next move" was really more of a passion than a job. Anyone observing the housing market in the Houston or surrounding suburbs has likely seen how quickly this market can change. Helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate through those changes is where I feel I can best serve those clients that are looking for real-time advice. I have learned through the years that a defining element of anyone's success is the people they are surrounded by. My clients and the energetic and like-minded professionals have been that to me. I believe there is "wisdom in the counsel of many" and always have my ear to the ground regarding real estate "chatter" on local economic market changes and trends. Through my experience, I have come to understand Steve Jobs theory that "You cannot connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards". In real estate, that's exactly what we do...we connect the dots. I have been fortunate to close over a thousand transactions in North Houston (Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Magnolia), representing a volume of over 100 million in closed sales.
