Born in Henley-on-Thames, England, and a Montgomery county resident since 1995, Andrea Keiller is a multi-million dollar producer who specializes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, including acreage & ranch properties. As a veteran of several international and interstate moves, Andrea is well attuned to the needs of relocating families. Having built seven homes here, she is fully conversant with the building process, and her experience is invaluable to buyers considering the option of a new home. Licensed since 1998, Andrea is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Andrea is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Her eldest Natalie graduated from UNT and Baylor University School of Nursing, and is an emergency room manager for America’s ER Medical Centers. Her younger daughter Sophie graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and works at Collier Equine Vet Service, living her dream as a horse vet. Andrea has been married to Mike for 35 years, who after leaving the oil business now assists her with real estate. Her spare time is spent with three grandchildren: Matthew, Mikayla and Raelynn, her horses, and the smallest member of the family, Toby, a 10-pound Shih Tzu! "But I have a three percent mortgage." I hear this one every week, and sometimes it's genuinely the right reason to stay put. But sometimes the equity you're sitting on more than covers the difference, especially if you're moving to something smaller or paying down.
