πΉ Buyer Representation Agreement: As a buyer, you will need to sign a representation agreement before we tour homes. This helps clarify our working relationship from the start.
πΉ Commission Discussions: Commission discussions will now happen outside of the MLS system. This doesn't change the fact that one of my top priorities is to negotiate the best deal for you.
πΉ Seller Contributions: There may be new ways for sellers to contribute to buyer expenses, giving you more flexibility in structuring deals.
