🔹 Buyer Representation Agreement: As a buyer, you will need to sign a representation agreement before we tour homes. This helps clarify our working relationship from the start.

🔹 Commission Discussions: Commission discussions will now happen outside of the MLS system. This doesn't change the fact that one of my top priorities is to negotiate the best deal for you.

🔹 Seller Contributions: There may be new ways for sellers to contribute to buyer expenses, giving you more flexibility in structuring deals.

These changes might seem complex, but please don't let them discourage you from pursuing your real estate goals. I'm here to guide you through every step of the process and answer any questions you may have.

2. Choose the Right Time: Try to schedule property tours during times of the day when pollen counts are typically lower, such as late morning or early afternoon. Avoid early mornings and evenings when pollen levels tend to peak.

3. Wear Allergy Protection: Consider wearing a face mask or allergy mask during property visits to filter out pollen and other allergens. Additionally, wearing sunglasses can help protect your eyes from pollen exposure.

4. Keep Windows Closed: While touring homes, keep windows and doors closed to prevent pollen from entering the property. Opt for properties with central air conditioning, which can help filter out allergens from the air.
