I recently sold a home completely off market.

The Zestimate was about $15,000 higher than the actual sales price.

Within a month of the home, closing, the Zestimste adjust adjusted to within about $1,000 of the actual sales price.

Automated estimates use algorithms and available data, but they don’t always reflect real time, negotiations, concessions, or off market activity.
