CBN can now reveal that, for more than 20 years, we have been sharing the gospel with the people of Iran by satellite TV broadcasts, webcasts, and phone centers through a ministry we call Heart4Iran.

Edwin Abnous, executive director of Heart4Iran, joined The 700 Club broadcast Monday to talk about the ministry and what he has been hearing from people inside Iran, both during the protests and crackdown, and now with the strike against the ayatollah and Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

🐎 The Akhal-Teke — A 3,000-Year-Old Golden Legend

The Akhal-Teke is considered one of the world’s oldest and rarest horse breeds, with origins tracing back more than 3,000 years to Turkmenistan. 🏜️ Bred by nomadic tribes in the harsh deserts of Central Asia, these horses were not simply animals of transport — they were lifelines. In environments with extreme heat, scarce water, and vast open terrain, endurance meant survival.

What sets the Akhal-Teke apart visually is its extraordinary metallic sheen. The shimmering effect comes from the structure of its hair, which reflects light in a way that creates a golden or silvery glow. This genetic trait has fascinated historians and equine researchers alike, often earning the breed the nickname “the Golden Horse.”

But beauty is only part of the story. Akhal-Tekes were selectively bred for stamina, speed, and loyalty. Historical accounts describe them carrying warriors across long desert distances with minimal water. Their lean build, deep chest, and efficient metabolism make them exceptionally resilient in extreme climates.

Today, the breed remains rare, with only a limited global population. In Turkmenistan, it is a national symbol, representing heritage and pride. More than a horse, the Akhal-Teke is a living bridge between ancient nomadic civilizations and the modern world — proof that elegance and endurance can coexist in one extraordinary animal. 🌍

He’s just a puppy being held by his favorite human. A normal day. A quick photo. Nothing special… or so it seemed. Porter was calm, cozy, and completely unaware of the camera. No posing. No tricks. Just a quiet moment frozen in time. But when his human looked back at the photo later, she noticed something that made her stop scrolling instantly. Something so unexpected, she couldn’t stop laughing. And once she shared it, the internet couldn’t either. It’s one small detail that turned an ordinary puppy pic into a moment millions had to see. And once you notice it… you can’t unsee it. 👇 Read the full story and see the photo in the first comment 👇
