We live, work and play in The Woodlands. Luis & Vanessa Esparza are long time residents and realtors in The Woodlands. We have more than 19 years of real-estate experience and our passion is to help our clients sell, purchase or rent real estate while providing a first-class, worry free customer experience. After having worked for a Fortune 100 company for more than 10 year in the finance field, Luis decided to help his friends and clients achieved their goals by brokering Real Estate deals. Luis holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester. Vanessa has worked in sales for more than 25 years and she loves helping our clients by paying attention to all details in a real estate transaction. Luis & Vanessa live in The Woodlands and consider it the best place to raise their 5 children. They are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and are active participants in their community.
