How to Encourage Your Children to Learn!

Thank you very much for stopping by my channel & for the request.

In my experiences, hands on activities with your kids can only go so far. As they age, we need to change the approach.

What I found helpful was:

- Figure out what they love to do
- Team them up with the right children, those with the same interest, but with a higher skillset and be supportive. This would help push them to the right direction.
- Provide the environment & resources for them to thrive. Let them know how related it is those experiences to the real life.

Are you leveraging your adversity? ⚖️

This morning, what came to my presence was sometimes adversities set us back for a couple years & left us with emotional trauma, but if we learn from it, it could help us learn about ourselves and others and propell us forward. The question is - Do we have a plan to realize our adversity and leverage it?✨

How do you create a habit, especially on the things you don't want to do?

To me, I believe in James Clear quote in Atomic Habits "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall into the level of your system."
🎯Just remember your WHY.
🎯Create the system, and carve out the time that allows you to do the things you need to do.
🎯Put in the discipline and effort to lock in your habit.
🎯Once this first step is done, it'll be easier as you'll be running on an autopilot. That is when you can rise your standard.
🎯Don't beat yourself when you fall down. Just pick yourself back up and moving forward.
