I’m incredibly proud to have represented my clients in securing the new home of their ABA Therapy Clinic in Cypress through a long-term commercial lease.

Our paths first crossed about a year ago through our church’s special-needs ministry, so watching this vision move from an idea to an actual place where families will be served makes this closing especially meaningful.

My clients are a husband-and-wife team with true servant hearts. Their own family’s journey opened their eyes to a need that far too many families experience: as children with autism grow older, meaningful therapy options and life-skills resources can become increasingly difficult to find.

Instead of simply recognizing the gap, they decided to help fill it.

Their new clinic will focus on serving youth ages 11–17, including ABA therapy and life-skills development for an age group that is often underserved. And they are doing it while balancing the very real responsibilities of family, work, and advocacy themselves. Their open house this past Sunday was a BIG success, and like the chef's kiss from God.

That is what makes this one bigger than square footage, acreage, negotiations, or sealed-deal.

This is purpose meeting opportunity.

Unboxing a special gift that I received from a recent Realtor conference. I was invited as a VIP Agent among 250 Top-producing Agents recognized/invited across central Texas. The welcome, the recognition, the honoring, the information, keynote speakers and the trip with incredible accommodations, views, and service were MORE than I feel I deserved. Nevertheless, I received it all with gratitude and love. I feel so blessed while in a very transitional season... it's like the kiss from God I didn't quite know I needed. 🥹✨️🙌🏾
