Playing some post catch UP! Ready? Set. SOLD! This one needs a story time one of these days. I worked hard! Long story short, the Seller hired me because their Agent was not able to sell the home in nearly a years time. They asked me did I think I could do any better bcz their Agent was solely blaming the market. True, the market has been a challenge, but I made some listing/home suggestions, told them what I feel I was capable of accomplishing with marketing efforts and the rest was history. I had the house showing around the clock, and ended up receiving about 4 different offers within a short time span. We SOLD their home in 6 weeks! 💪🥂

Whew, what was supposed to be a relatively straight forward sale turned into lots of twists & turns! Light flex plug - handling complex real estate transactions seems to be my calling and is what I have been doing for OVER a decade now! Literally, at the final hours leading up to closing all mayhem broke loose with incomplete repairs, HOA redtape, and a prior title company that went out of business that formerly held deed to the property creating a sort of lien/cloud on title work. Longer story short, please use a competent Agent that embodies integrity so you end up with results that you can appreciate. I am here for you and always happy to help!

Coolest thing happened in a real estate class I recently attended online. We had the honor of being in class with the legendary, Pro Football Hall of Famer - Texas Cowboy - EMMITT SMITH!!!
Full disclaimer, I am not a football fan, but who wouldn't know one of the greatest to do it! We were all star struck when he chimed in to give some incredible real estate literacy! He was so down to earth and funny!!!! Made my whole day!! Of course I had to send him some love through the Chat!!! Hehehe!!! Don't be surprised if you see me jump on the Cowboy's bandwagon! LOL!!
