💫 Working with this young professional to find his perfect place to spread his wings was so rewarding!
❤️ He’s from a close knit family where they all fully celebrate and support each other’s success, so it was a family affair-Mom, Dad, brothers all had a part in the decisions along the way and several were there for closing-so special!

❣️This one was fun! One family’s relocation turned into a full family reunion! While helping a family find a new place to put down roots, the parents call and say “we want to come too!”

🏡 So our day started at 9am with a full slate of showings and by mid-day this one stopped them in their tracks! By 6pm they were under contract on this beautiful new home!

😊 When a friend that’s practically family who was just starting to think about moving, calls and asks “can we see this one”?

🤩 Turns out, it checked a lot of the boxes!
☕️ The best part? They’ll be enjoying coffee and peaceful views from the huge screened in porch for years to come
🥧 Plus the double ovens that were high on her wish list means a continuous flow of delicious treats for her family and friends that she’s so well known for!
