Closing day for this absolutely beautiful home! There were some challenging aspects with the market in their neighborhood, but we analyzed the feedback received, and made thoughtful adjustments that helped sell their home faster than other competitive listings! 🏃‍♂️🔑🎉

June has been an incredible month, and I'm extremely grateful to have helped 5 more clients achieve their real estate goals!

Each closing has it's own unique story:

🏡 A wonderful family that I previously helped purchase their home. When it came time to sell, I was honored they called me again. The transaction wasn't easy, and there were daily challenges that required constant follow-up and problem-solving, but we stayed the course and got them to the closing table.

🏡 An amazing family whose home sold for full asking price while comparable homes in their neighborhood were typically selling for $20,000 to $35,000 below list price. Even better, their home sold in a much shorter time than the average comparable property!

🏡 I also had the privilege of helping a longtime friend sell their home in a neighborhood that had once been one of the area's hottest markets, but has recently experienced a noticeable slowdown. Despite the changing conditions, their home went under contract in just 3 days, and sold for around 1% less than the listing price. That result is especially meaningful when many competing homes are selling for $20,000 to $55,000 below their asking price, often with significant seller concessions, and were spending anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months on the market.

🏡 A first-time homebuyer who had been ignored by other agents because of his budget. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of care and attention, regardless of price point!

🏡 A beautiful family that trusted me for the third time to help them with their real estate journey. There is no greater compliment than a returning client! (Or their referrals...)
