Have you ever smiled your way through a hard time?

You know the kind of smile I'm talking about.

The one you wear because if you let yourself feel everything that's really happening, you would crumble into a million pieces.

So you keep going.

We take care of our kids
We show up for work.
We laugh at the right moments.
Everything is fine REALLY!

And almost no one knows the weight you're carrying.

I've been there.

That's why hope matters so much.

Not because it makes the pain disappear.

Because it gives you something to hold onto while you're walking through it.

Hope isn't pretending life is easy.

It's believing that today doesn't get the final word.

Tomorrow can still surprise you.

Tomorrow can still heal you.

Tomorrow can still be better.

If you're wearing that smile today, I hope you know you don't have to carry everything alone.

Just keep taking the next step.

Tap in. Hold on to hope. šŸ’›

There have been times in my life when I spent too much time waiting until I felt "ready."

The truth? Ready never showed up. The only thing left to do was hold my nose and jump.

There is always a next step. Push. Fall. Learn. Whatever you want to call it...just keep moving.

I've learned that momentum isn't built by having all the answers. It's built by making one decision, taking one action, and trusting that the next step becomes clearer as you move.

If you're feeling stuck, don't focus on the whole staircase.

Just take the next step.

That's where confidence begins. That's how businesses grow. That's how we change our lives.

**Don't quit yet. Find a way.**

This thought has been sitting with me for a while.

If I'm honest, I've spent more years than I'd like to admit waiting until I felt "ready."

Ready for the next opportunity.

Ready to lead.

Ready to speak up.

Ready to take a chance on myself.

The funny thing is, when I look back at the moments that changed my life, I wasn't ready for any of them.

I didn't feel ready when I started in real estate.

I didn't feel ready when I stepped into leadership.

I don't always feel ready today.

What I've learned is that confidence rarely comes first. More often than not, confidence is the result of taking the first step, even when you're terrified.

Maybe you've been waiting on permission too.

Permission to change.

Permission to start over.

Permission to become the person you've quietly been growing into.

Here's what I hope you remember today:

No one can give you permission to become who you're meant to be.

That decision has always been yours.

I'm glad you're here. This is the first of many conversations, and I can't wait to see where they take us.

Fun fact:
I’ve recorded approximately 4,372 fake podcast intros in my head already.

And posted exactly none of them. šŸ˜‚

Turns out starting something new at this stage of life feels a little vulnerable.

Not because I don’t know how to lead.
Not because I don’t know how to speak.

But because it feels personal.

Tap In with Tina isn’t about being polished.
It’s about being honest.

And if I’m going to do this…
I want it to sound like me.

Just Tina.
Still curious.
Still growing.

Just the woman sitting on the patio thinking about life, leadership, courage, reinvention, relationships, money, fear, aging, business, and what actually matters.

So no…
the videos aren’t out yet.

But they’re coming.

And honestly, I think the pause before the leap matters too.

Lately, I’ve felt pulled toward something different. Not necessarily bigger or louder, just more honest and more meaningful.

For years, my life has revolved around leadership, coaching, recruiting, meetings, growth plans, and helping other people build successful lives and businesses. I’ve loved that work. I still do.

But over time, I started noticing that the conversations that stayed with me the most weren’t the ones happening on stage or in formal settings. They were the quieter conversations after events, sitting on patios, sharing a drink, lingering in parking lots, or talking long after everyone else had gone home.

Those conversations were real.

People opened up about fear, burnout, starting over, relationships, leadership, success that no longer felt fulfilling, and the strange feeling that maybe life was calling them toward something new.

I realized those were the conversations I wanted more of.

That’s really where the idea for Tap In with Tina came from.

I want it to feel less like a production and more like sitting down together and talking honestly about life, business, leadership, reinvention, and all the things we navigate as we grow and change.

No pretending everything is perfect. No polished speeches. Just real conversations about becoming who we’re meant to be and figuring things out along the way.

So this is the beginning.

And I’m really glad you’re here for it.
