The truth is the Genesis Off Grid development has a extensive option when it comes to our options to develop our "ready made" Off-Grid homesteades.

With several counties in the Desert 🏜 Southwest offering very minimal code restrictions to None at all. There is not a massive amount of red tape involved.

Of course with that being said. We need to provide a basic dwelling that can be easily modified and expanded by buyer. With a basic septic system or other sanitary system approved by the county, A water 💧 tank and stand , and a basic solar system.

"Ready to purchase " .....ready to move into .... "off-grid" home.

Site developed . All the buyer has to do is purchase and start building their off-grid oasis. We did all the heavy lifting for them . They just have to customize it.

From Pre-made sheds and storage buildings , to Shipping containers , cob houses , small metal buildings , earthships, mobile homes. The option we have for dwellings are endless.

But , I believe what is pictured here in this post is most practical. What I call a shed-to-home conversion.

They could be purchased by the Genesis development for a exceptional price from the Amish . Keeping our cost for developing each "Ready made Off-grid" homesteade well under budget.

I would dare to venture we could get 10-20 of these buildings for half the cost to buy a home in suburban 🇺🇸 America.

This does a couple things. It allows the Genesis development to spend more of its budget on Community development like roads , Possibly a well , or Community Water tower etc, maybe a park.

Allocate more on the components of each homesteade

Also it would allow us to more efficiently price the homesteades.

Off-grid real estate communities will be a growing sector in the future. More and MOre humans are searching for a way out of the and the . They are being told they will own nothing and rent for the rest of their lives.

Genesis residents will start with a shed like building with solar power 🔋 and a basic septic system.

From there they will build their futures away from the grid . A life where every day they will find fulfillment in their daily task that lead to survival in the 🏜 desert.

A fresh start. A blank canvas if you will.

We expect are first land owners to come from all walks of life.

Busy executives who want to escape from the daily grind , and leave that life behind.

Small families 👪 who wish for a safer , cleaner , smaller , cost efficient way of life. Not wanting to spend every dollar they earn on housing and amenities.

Widower's who no longer need their Massive houses and want to downgrade and live a full-filling life for the rest of their time on earth 🌍

The common theme however is they will all seek to escape the constant barrage of technology and reliance on the grid .... A simple life ❗

Off-grid real estate and specifically communities will be a growing real estate segment in the future.
As humans seek a way out of debt and slavery to the system.

At this time they seem unlogical , too expensive , and not worth the investment.

A gas or diesel powered generator will Provide needed electricity for days or weeks even if you have a break down of your solar system...

A portable solar generator may power 🔋 a lab top and a light for 8 hours.
