And no, it’s not what your New Year’s Resolution should be 😅
Anyone who is even remotely considering buying a home in 2025 needs to ask themselves 2 questions.
First, ask yourself, when do you want to be in a new house or first house? Having a goal date in mind will help you navigate your next steps. Should you be in house hunting mode come January? Or are you good to just be put on a search and start researching a few different areas? Your goal date will help your agent (hi!) nail that down.
Second, what is your ACTUAL budget? Ugh, money and numbers already, right? But the truth is, you have ZERO buying power if you don’t know your budget. The biggest mistake I see buyers make is having the mindset that a pre approval letter is a limitation, when in reality it’s what sets you free to see and purchase a home!
Knowledge is power 🧠 and knowing your budget will be such a game changer for you.
Of course, there are a thousand more things to consider, but that’s where I come in! Once you have an idea of when you want to move and what your budget is, I’m your girl.
