🏡❤️ Thank you, Belinda & Addie! ❤️🏡

There’s nothing I’m more grateful for than clients who trust me not just once, but again and again. Thank you both so much for your repeat business and for allowing me to be part of another exciting chapter in your lives!

And what an adventure this one is! 🎉 Your new home, beautiful acreage, and that MAN CAVE are absolutely incredible! 😍 Hopefully we can play a game of pool when I am up that way visiting my niece at LA Tech!!! I know y’all are going to make so many wonderful memories there.

Getting to help you make the move from Houma to North Louisiana makes this one extra special for me. It makes my heart happy knowing you’re heading to an area that means so much to me. ❤️🌾

Wishing you both so much happiness, many new adventures, and countless memories in your beautiful new home. Thank you for trusting me to be your Realtor once again. I’m truly grateful for you both! 🥰🏡

Cheers to new beginnings and your next great adventure! 🥂✨

🏡 Thinking About Buying a New Construction Home? Don’t Skip Your REALTOR®!

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you don’t need a Realtor when buying a brand-new home.

The truth? The builder has a sales representative…you deserve someone representing YOU.

✅ Your Realtor is FREE to you (the builder typically pays our commission).

✅ We negotiate on your behalf to help you get the best value, incentives, and upgrades.

✅ We review contracts and explain the fine print before you sign.

✅ We recommend inspections to protect your investment—even brand-new homes can have issues.

✅ We coordinate with your lender, title company, and builder to help keep everything on track.

✅ We’re your advocate from contract to closing and beyond.

✨ Right now, DSLD Homes is offering incredible July incentives:
🏠 Initial 3.99% rate with a 2/1 buydown on qualifying government loans*
💰 Up to $12,000 toward closing costs or rate buydown
❄️ FREE side-by-side refrigerator

If you’ve been thinking about building or buying a new home, let’s talk before you visit the model home. Having your own Realtor costs you nothing but can save you thousands—and a lot of stress.

📩 Send me a message today, and let’s find the right new construction home for you!

This picture takes me back to our very first real estate transaction together in 2021. Today, Mark officially closed on the sale of his home and is moving on to a new chapter in life!

Although he couldn’t be at the closing table because he’s working out of town, he placed his trust in me not only as his Realtor, but also as his Power of Attorney to handle everything on his behalf. That level of trust is something I never take for granted.

Mark, thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey. It has been an honor to help you through another important milestone. Wishing you nothing but success, happiness, and new adventures in this next chapter!

Congratulations, Mark! 🎉🏡🔑

Thank you AMO Title Services and Anna Thesis for all your help making this a smooth transaction! The only thing that could have made #3 closing this week better is Mark standing beside me in this another AMO closing day picture!!! We will just have to celebrate when you get back home!!! 🍻
