I posted this 6 years ago. It’s still true BUT
This summer I made the decision to reduce the number of clients I take on, but I want to make one thing clear: a smaller workload doesn’t mean a reduction in service. I’m still a full-time Realtor, and my commitment to my clients and the level of service I provide isn’t changing.
This decision really comes down to needing a little more balance at home. My family needs more normalcy right now, and my youngest needs more of me while she takes the time to heal her little body and work through some things that aren’t quite right. I want to be able to show up for her without feeling like I’m constantly trying to catch up somewhere else.
By focusing on listings and taking on a much smaller, more selective number of buyer clients, I can keep doing what I love while making more room for my family.
I’m not scaling back on the quality of my work. I’m just being more intentional about how much I take on. I want to continue giving every client the time, attention, communication, and care they deserve, and this is what will allow me to do that.
I’m still here, still working full-time, and still just as invested in my clients. I’m simply making a change that feels necessary for this season of life, and I’m really grateful for the people who understand and support that.
