To commemorate Memorial Day, the flag has been restored to its rightful place. While there is still work to be done to complete the flag pole area, we are proud to have revitalized this space for the residents of Black Rock Village and in honor of our veterans who have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our freedom.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of long term resident and board member Al Johnson. He will be deeply missed by the Black Rock Village community.

THOMASTON- Albert, E. Johnson, 88, passed away Monday February 3, 2025, in the home he shared with Marlene Martin, his beloved partner of over 34 years. Al was born November 26, 1936, to the late Earl and Margaret Mckellar Johnson. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Johnson. As a

Attention Residents: Winter Storm Parking Guidelines

As the winter storm approaches, we kindly request that all unit owners and tenants park in their driveways. To facilitate efficient snow removal, visitor lots must remain clear. Our plows need unobstructed access to these areas.

If you have excessive vehicles, we urge you to remove them from the property. Please make use of your garages and two driveway spots to accommodate your vehicles.
Remember, just like during town-wide snow bans, parking on the roads is strictly prohibited. Let’s work together to ensure a safe and accessible environment for everyone.
