This kind of stuff is cool to me. Probably boring to most but I had to ask what it was because I looked down and there it was so I asked ChatGPT.

That’s the skeletal remains of a dandelion (or similar seed head) after the fluffy parts have blown away.

What you’re seeing:

The thin white lines are the pappus fibers (the “parachutes” that carry seeds in the wind).
The central point is where all the seeds were attached.
Most of the seeds have already detached, leaving behind this delicate, starburst-like structure.

It likely fell onto the pavement after being disturbed or blown apart, leaving this almost firework-like pattern behind.

Pretty cool natural pattern—almost looks man-made at first glance.
