With over 25 years in the commercial construction, development and real estate fields, Susan Bennett brings a rich understanding of the process to her clients. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Building Construction. She also served as a construction consultant and owner’s representative in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. prior to returning to Thomasville in 1999 with her husband, John. Susan worked as a construction manager for a local commercial construction company until entering the real estate field in 2003. Her expertise lies in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Community
Susan feels blessed to share the local Red Hills community with her clients. A Thomasville native, Susan and her husband John enjoy raising their children in a community with exceptional amenities from thriving churches to first class sports fields, wonderful schools and an active, historic downtown corridor. As avid sailors, their family takes advantage of Thomasville’s close proximity to the “Forgotten Coast” along the Florida Panhandle. Susan is also an accomplished triathlete, finishing Ironman 70.3

Susan serves on the Board of Directors for An Open Door Adoption Agency. She also leads the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors®.
