Drainage & Erosion Correction

Field runoff traveling under the driveway had created a deep, eroded channel through this yard that was difficult to maintain and continued getting worse.

Our crew filled and regraded the washed-out area, then shaped a wide, low-maintenance swale to properly carry runoff through the property and into the woods.

The result is improved drainage with a yard that’s more functional, maintainable, and better looking.

Driveway or parking lot cracking?

This parking lot developed a major failure caused by deteriorated subgrade. Our crew cut out the damaged area, removed the failed material, installed and compacted fresh GAB, and finished it with a new asphalt patch.

A quick, proper repair that got the parking lot back in service.

Storm Damage Cleanup & Property Restoration

This home suffered major storm damage, leaving downed trees and debris throughout the property. Our crew came in and safely cut and removed the damaged and unwanted trees, hauled off the debris, then root raked and graded the property to leave a clean, finished surface.

We wrapped up by spreading seed for quick stabilization and to get the yard on its way back to green.

Another erosion issue taken care of.

We came in and cut out the bad washouts, regraded and dressed the slope, then finished everything with seed and straw to help establish vegetation and protect the soil from future erosion.

From a failing pond to a complete restoration.

This project required far more than a simple cleanout. Years of tree growth, heavy sediment buildup, and extensive beaver damage had compromised the dam beyond repair.

We completely removed the existing dam, excavated accumulated silt and debris, constructed a new compacted clay core, and rebuilt the dam from the ground up to restore the pond’s integrity and longevity.
