The Griffith Home Team always loves some friendly agent competition! Every Quarter, we “compete” to win the GHT Champion Belt and the agent with the most homes closed that quarter takes home the belt. This is something I truly thought I’d never win when I first started at GHT in 2022, that this was only for top agents, that I’d never be that agent, that person. But here we are, 3 years later and I have had the best year of my career when I thought I couldn’t top my year last year, shattering all the goals I set at the end of the year and FINALLY winning the Q3 belt, closing 10 deals (all of these done in the month of September mind you, I was exhausted)😁 beyond grateful for every client I have helped get in to their homes and the BEST team and mentors out there!

Closing date September 27th!! After being under contract with two other homes and having to terminate due to inspection, to being out bid without even having a fighting chance on another, to finally finding THE BEST place that checked all of their boxes. The home was originally listed at $775k and I got them a deal of a lifetime getting it under contract at $705k AND a $15k concession to help buy down their rate 🙌🏼 we are beyond excited!!

Congrats to my first time home buyers!! We met in April and it’s been a journey to get here with losing out on others, seeing so many that looked way better online than in person, going north to check that out, and then finally finding THE ONE that ended up aligning so well with everything else falling in to place in their life!!! I am beyond excited for them to turn this house in to a home and continue their journey as new home owners!

So excited for my first time home buyers Collin and Lizzie!! We couldn’t have been more happy to have met and gone on this journey together! They snagged a gorgeous home in downtown Littleton with a 360 yard that I am so jealous of! I’m so lucky to call these new clients friends now 🙌🏼❤️
