Sara is a key member of our team! A Colorado native with a lifelong passion for property, Sara’s journey in real estate took off after college when she moved to New York City to work in luxury rentals and large-scale real estate development. Bringing 17 years of deep industry expertise back home, she joined Grace Property Management in 2020 and has since built her impressive portfolio entirely from the ground up. When she isn't busy delivering exceptional service to our clients, you can find Sara embracing the outdoors—whether she's hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, catching live music, or cooking up a new recipe. A dedicated professional who brings a proven track record of success to both property management and real estate sales. Originally from Houston, TX, where she earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Houston, Leigh Ann moved to the Denver area and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2006. By combining her business background with her extensive industry expertise, she provides elite service to clients whether they are managing investment properties or navigating the buying and selling process. Known for her professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and "super-fast" response times, Leigh Ann was a key driver of growth at several real estate firms before joining the Grace team. Outside of the office, you can find her stepping away from closings and day-to-day management to enjoy quality time with her family.
