The Village of Yorkshire provides comfortable living in a country atmosphere right outside the city of Denver. We have one, two and three bedroom apartments and offer five spacious floor plans, with fully equipped kitchens with separate dining rooms. All units are cable ready and come with decorative blinds, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, private patios or balconies and carpeting throughout. Our community also provides exceptional features like full-time on call management, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and laundry facilities in each building. Distributions run from 9 - 10:30 a.m., offering free boxes of locally grown produce plus access to community resources. Reservations are required and open two weeks before each distribution on a first-come, first-served basis.

Colorado's popular e-bike rebate program is returning, offering $1,000 discounts to more than 2,800 income-qualified residents over the next year. To qualify, Coloradans must earn up to $80,640 for a single person or up to $115,200 for a family of four. Applicants can also stack an additional $300 discount for a cargo e-bike or adaptive e-bike, and the rebate can be combined with the state's existing e-bike tax credit.

Interested members can enter the lottery for a chance at the rebate during the first application window, open from 11 a.m. on August 24 to noon on August 31, with new windows opening each quarter.

Join Maiker for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, 4:00- 7:00 p.m. This annual event is for Maiker communities to celebrate with members, staff and local police officers for an evening filled with community and connection. From neighbors sharing conversations to staff joining kids in the fun, the evening will be all about building relationships and bringing the community together.
