Buyer Nugget 🏡

One thing many buyers don’t realize:

Your inspection objection and your inspection termination are not always the same thing.

The objection deadline is typically when you ask the seller for repairs, credits, or other corrections.

The termination deadline is the deadline to decide whether you are still moving forward with the home based on your inspection.

That timing matters. Missing the wrong deadline can limit your options quickly.

This is why understanding the contract is just as important as finding the right home.
