Sometimes the biggest value a Realtor brings has nothing to do with simply putting a home on the market.

One of the most memorable situations I’ve had was helping a couple going through a divorce sell their home. During the process, we had the furnace serviced and it was red-tagged for safety concerns.

The problem? The seller had limited funds available to replace it before closing.

Because of the contractor relationships I’ve built over the years, I was able to call my go-to HVAC company, explain the situation, and work out a solution where the furnace was replaced and paid at closing through the HUD.

That one relationship helped keep the transaction moving, protected the seller, and gave the buyer confidence moving forward.

This is why who you hire matters.

It’s not just about listing a home. It’s about having someone who can step in, find solutions, and protect you when things don’t go exactly as planned.
