Today, we’re excited to celebrate Jim’s 97th birthday! Jim founded James C. Hill Real Estate in 1959, and we’re proud that it remains the longest-running business in today!

Jim is currently in Custer, South Dakota, enjoying time with two of his longtime buddies while attending the Studebaker & Packard Show. At 97 years young, Jim is still out making memories and enjoying new adventures!
