What an honor to work with the sellers on the sale of this home.

Over the last year, many times we found ourselves around the table to reflect, discuss, create a game plan, and work together for the same goal. In the end, everything came together beautifully in spite of the hard work it took to get here.

It's always a melancholy moment when the home closes, papers are signed, keys exchanged, and there is nothing left to take care of. You speak to your clients less often, life moves on, things get busy-yet, I am so so grateful for the chance to serve and be a part of someone's season in hopes to make it better, easier, more peaceful.💛

It’s a busy Thursday! Started the day off at the gym, then headed to visit my cleaner working on a home coming to market soon-fed her some yummy breakfast burritos; now headed to assist 3T Solutions with a storage unit cleanout, then off to meet a client ready to sell and buy.

Congratulations to my seller on the sale of her home-a home where she raised her kiddoes and created a safe space for them to grow and spread their wings. The season has come to close that chapter and start something new!
