Some things take time. Patience. Perseverance. Trust. More time.

This buyer of mine has been looking to move for over 2 years now and I was honored to stay connected to her during this time even though we were many states away and had never met.

I was able to connect her with another agent to assist me due to the location she was looking, but teamwork took care of my client and she was under contract within a week of looking in CO and closed 14 days later.
