The title is the legal right to own, use and control a property, while the deed is a document that transfers and shows legal ownership of a property. You sign the deed at closing.

There are multiple kinds of temporary interest rate buy downs available for home buyers, but all of them work the same. Typically, these are funded by the seller. The seller provides money which sits in an escrow account for a decided upon number of years. During those years, you make payments at a lower interest rate amount. You get a copy of this every time you close a loan. It's the pages that lists out every payment you will make. It also shows how much of your payment will go toward interest and how much will go toward principal for the entire term or your loan. The amortization can change if you make extra payments, but it gives you a good idea of how your loan will go in the years to come.
