Some gosh darn nice words a client recently posted about me... "We have previously sold 7 homes located in various cities and states, however, selling the family farm was one of the biggest challenges we faced. Fortunately, we chose Beth Anne Dexter as our agent. She was and outstanding team leader. Both the buyer and we as the seller lived out of state. She and the seller’s agent were there every step of the way. Our first challenge was when we put the property on the market and it sold less than 18 hours later with only 1 showing. We faced deed problem, statute challenges, well permitting, modular versus manufactured, special financing for the buyer, repairs needed to sell the property with 2 appraisers and inspector and the challenge of removal of multiple generations of possessions. My 96 year old Mother’s living trust was also a challenge because she neglected to change it when my brother died and it contained multiple owners but Beth Anne worked us thru the necessary steps to get the sale completed. We would highly recommend her for any type of property as your team leader."
